se your Visa, Mastercard or American Express to purchase from Berkeley Designs. Fill out and sign this authorization, mail or fax it to us and we will keep your credit card information on file for any future purchases.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any of our products in any way, contact us within 30 days, and just return the item(s) to us. We will promptly credit your credit card for the amount of the goods.
If an item arrives to you defective, and you contact us within 30 days of the invoice date, we will pick up and replace the item(s) at our expense.
All purchase orders subject to credit approval.
All orders shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified.
